  • Avocado: 1/2

  • Kale leaves : 1/4 cup

  • Banana: 1

  • Oats: 3 tbsp

  • Milk: 1/2 cup

  • Raw sugar: 1 tsp

  • Vanilla essence: 1 tsp

  • Chia seeds: 1 tsp

  • Pumpkin seeds: 1 tsp

  • Flax seeds: 1 tsp

  • Sunflower seeds: 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon piwder: 1/4 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Blend together banana,avocado,Kale ,sugar and milk.

    Pour it into a bowl and add oats,chia seeds and vanilla essence and mix well.

  • 03

    Sprinkle all the seeds on top and some cinnamon powder for the final touch.
