Avocado: 1/2
Kale leaves : 1/4 cup
Banana: 1
Oats: 3 tbsp
Milk: 1/2 cup
Raw sugar: 1 tsp
Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
Chia seeds: 1 tsp
Pumpkin seeds: 1 tsp
Flax seeds: 1 tsp
Sunflower seeds: 1 tsp
Cinnamon piwder: 1/4 tsp
Directions
Blend together banana,avocado,Kale ,sugar and milk.
Pour it into a bowl and add oats,chia seeds and vanilla essence and mix well.
Sprinkle all the seeds on top and some cinnamon powder for the final touch.
