Cut bread into round shapes. Mix cream and dry fruits together. Add pinch of sugar if required in cream. Then apply to bread and need three pieces of bread one above the other. Then dip them in rose syrup and roll in dessicated coconut and garnish with dry fruits. Rose balls are ready to eat.
Rose syrup recipe :- petals of 6-7 roses . Wash and boil them in water. After the rose releases its colour and becomes white strain the water which is remaining. Add sugar in that remaining water and make chachni i.e. sugar syrup. When that becomes thick then remove and cool it . Serve rose balls after cooling them refrigerator.
