1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup packed dark-brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup rolled oats (not quick-cooking) 1/2 cup dried currants or raisins

mix it all, spread and cook 15 min in 170. best when not too thick and well baked.
