In a kneading plate add bathuya, wheat flour and 1 tsp salt.
Knead a stiff dough
Keep it aside for 10 minutes
Now take out a ball size and roll thin
Spread oil on it and cut in to strips.
Sprinkle 1 pinch(salt, chilli powder, chaat masala and cumin seeds)
Roll it and again roll it.
Now roll out with rolling pin and spread oil.
Roast to turn crispy.
