Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped bathuya


  • 2 cup wheat flour


  • 2 tbsp salt


  • 2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add bathuya, wheat flour and 1 tsp salt.
  • Knead a stiff dough
  • Keep it aside for 10 minutes
  • Now take out a ball size and roll thin
  • Spread oil on it and cut in to strips.
  • Sprinkle 1 pinch(salt, chilli powder, chaat masala and cumin seeds)
  • Roll it and again roll it.
  • Now roll out with rolling pin and spread oil.
  • Roast to turn crispy.
