Wash and chop spinach leaves and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, saute and cook for a minute.
Now add onion and saute and cook for 2-3 minutes or until it becomes translucent.
Add chopped spinach leaves and mix well.
Add salt and soaked moong dal and mix all well.
Cover and cook for 4-5 Minutes and stir in between.
Saute and cook until all the water gets evaporated.
Tasty and healthy spinach-garlic stir fry is ready to serve.
Serve hot with bhakri, chapati, or with roti. Enjoy!!!
