1) In a bowl put washed and strained mutton pieces, sprinkle flour and mix well 2) Braise onion in three tablespoon butter till pinkish brown, add mutton pieces and braise 3) Let meat blend well with onions add garlic and ginger and mix well 4) Now add beans and water and cook till almost meat is tender 5) Add tomato puree, potatoes, peas, salt and spices, mix well 6) Add veggies and cook till thick stew and done 7) Serve hot with freshly made crusty bread
