(Anchovi ) Nethili Fish Mango Curry

Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Anchovi fish - 250 gm

  • Raw mango - 1 small size

  • Small onions - 10 nos

  • Green chilliy -1 ginger -1 piece

  • Grated coconut - 2 table spoon

  • Tomato -1

  • Curry leaves -1

  • Red chillie powder - 1 1/2 spoon

  • Coriander powder - 1 spoon

  • Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

  • Salt-1 spoon oil - 1 table spoon

  • Tamarind water -1 teaspoon

Directions

    Clean the nethili fish

  • 02

    Chopped the mango , onions and ginger

  • 03

    Grind the coconut , small onians and garlic

  • 04

    Soak the tamarind in water

  • 05

    Heat a pan with oil

  • 06

    Add chopped onion,curry leaves and ginger

    Add ground coconut masala

  • 08

    Add all dry ingredients

    Add the chopped mango

    Allow to cook

    After a few minutes, add tamarind water

    Now added fish

  • 13

    Allow to cook and check the salt and spicy

    After ten minutes , tampering with mustard and fenugreek seeds
