20 French Beans
Step1 Cut the cauliflowers into pieces, cut potatoes, pointed gourds, carrot, radish, french beans, Campsicum and brinjal in big pieces.
Step2 make a paste of cashews, melon seeds, poppy seeds, ginger and garam masala.
Step 3 now heat up a pam and ad 3 tsp oil and saute the potatoes, cauliflowers and pointed gourds until brown
Step 4 Again add 2 tsp oil in a pan and start sauting the carrots, radish and capsicum, after when they are a bit fried then add the brinjal and the french beans. Now add turmeric powder and salt according to your taste and preference.
Step 5 when they are bit cooked then add those fried veggies which were fried before, now add the masalas paste and put the lid and let it cooked, now add cumin powder, chilli powder and saute for a 1 and a half minute.
Step 6 when the veggies start sticking to the pan, then add some water and poppy seeds to it and add some slit green chilli and garam masala and put the lid and let it cook for 3-4 mins.
Step 7 Finally add some ghee and your mix veg is ready.
Step8 Now garnish it with some coriander leaves and some pieces of Onion.
