  • Bathuya - 2 bunch Green Chillies - 2,3


  • Dahi - 250 gm


  • Blck salt- 1/2 tsp


  • Salt - 1/2 tsp


  • Roasted Cumin pwdr - 1/2 tsp


  • Rd chilli pwdr - 1/2 tsp


  • Musturd oil - 1tbsp


  • Blck sarso dana 4 tadka

Directions

  • First of all wash proprly bathuya n blanch for 5 min.. Now remove the excess water n keep it for cool..Tk a big bowl n mix curd wid d help of whisk...Now tk a mixi jar n make a thick paste of bathuya n green chillies...now add d paste in curd...Add both salt,rd chilli pwdr,roasted cumin pwdr n mix it well...Now tk a tadka pan,heat musturd oil n put blck musturd seeds in d oil...when musturd starts crackling remove d tadka pan frm gas n pour it in curd n mix prprly n serve...
