Wash the palak &soak the water with the help of a kitchen towel.
Take a bowl add all ingredients except oil,mix it well.
Add water to make a slurry batter.
Heat oil take one palak leaf dip with besan slurry derp fry the palak.
Deep-fry till it's becomes golden brown and CRISPY
Palak pokora is ready to serve.Serve with a cup of tea.
