Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh palak


  • 1cup besan


  • 2tbsp riceflour


  • 1/2tsp cuminseeds


  • 1/2tsp caramseeds


  • 1/2tsp redchillipowder


  • 1/2tsp garammasalapowder


  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2tsp ginger grednchilli paste


  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder


  • 1tsp salt or according to taste


  • 1pinch banking soda


  • 250 ml.oil or as required


  • 1tsp chat masala

Directions

  • Wash the palak &soak the water with the help of a kitchen towel.
  • Take a bowl add all ingredients except oil,mix it well.
  • Add water to make a slurry batter.
  • Heat oil take one palak leaf dip with besan slurry derp fry the palak.
  • Deep-fry till it's becomes golden brown and CRISPY
  • Palak pokora is ready to serve.Serve with a cup of tea.
