Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 3 cups wheat flour

  • 1 cup boiled daal( arhar,and chana)

  • 2 cup of finely chopped Fenugreek leaves

  • 2 cups of finely chopped mustered leaves

  • 1/2 spoon of turmeric Powder

  • 1 spoon of garam masala

  • 1 spoon of coriander powder

  • 1/2 a spoon of red chili powder

  • 1 tea spoon cumin seeds

  • 1 tea spoon of carom seeds

  • 1 tea spoon Salat or as per taste

  • 1 tea spoon grated ginger garlic

  • 1 finely chopped green chilli

  • 1/2 cup of chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 cup of oil for thepla

Directions

    In a parat add all the ingredients mix it well

  • 02

    Add water and make a soft dough

  • 03

    Make small balls and make a shape of chapati with rolling pin

  • 04

    Heat the tava and add oil then put the thepla on tava, cook with both sides

  • 05

    Enjoy the yummy green leafy and healthy thepla with tea ,pickle and chatni
