Tender Long Bean Leaves 3 cups
Grated Coconut .5 cups
Dry Red Chilly 4 nos
Shallots .5 cups
Turmeric Power .25 tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1 tbsp
Coconut Oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste 1 tbsp
1.Wash the long bean leaves with water and chop it into small pieces.
2.Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add chopped shallots and red chillies into it and saute for 3 minutes.
3.Add grated coconut, chopped long bean leaves, turmeric powder and salt into it and mix well.
4.Cover and cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
5.Switch off the flame. Payar Ela Thoran is ready.
