Ingredients

  • Mustard leaves 1 kg


  • Spinach leaves 300 gms


  • Makki ka atta 2 tbsp


  • Butter 150 gms


  • Ginger 1 inch stick


  • Tomato 2


  • Green chilly 2


  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Wash and chop mustard leaves and spinach leaves Boil in a pressure cooker with one cup of water Once cooled, to blend in the blender. Heat butter in a pan. Add makka flour fry for two to three mins and strain it  Make the paste of tomato,green chilly and ginger. Heat clarified  butter in a pan add tomato paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins ,now add sarso saag abd mix well. Add salt and cook for 4 - 5 mins Serve with makke ka paratha.
