Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 100 gm Tofu

  • 1 cup ...palak, methi & capsicum each

  • 5 to 6 greenchillies

  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 1 spoon salt

  • 1 onion

  • 2 spoon oil

  • 2 to 3 cup water

  • 1 tomato

    blanch palak, methi

  • 02

    drain

  • 03

    add green chillies, garlic , ginger , onion , capsicum & tomato to make fine puree

  • 04

    heat oil for tadka

  • 05

    add green puree to it

  • 06

    add water as required ..

  • 07

    cook for 2 min

  • 08

    add tofu cubes

  • 09

    add salt

  • 10

    cook for 5 to 6 min

  • 11

    serve hot with rice or phulka
