Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 6 to 7 Arbi leafs

  • 1 onion

  • 6 to 7 green chillies

  • 6 to 7 garlic cloves

  • 1/4 cup chaana daal

  • 1/4 cup groundnuts

  • 1/4 cup slice dry coconut

  • 3 spoon turmeric and jaggery paste

  • 1 spoon salt

  • 1 spoon oil

  • 1 spoon cumin seeds

  • 1 spoon mustard seeds

  • 2 to 3 cup water

Directions

    soak chana dal groundnut and coconut for 10 min

  • 02

    wash Arbi leaves

  • 03

    cook Arbi leafs along with onion garlic and green chillies for 5 min

  • 04

    grind into fine paste

  • 05

    take oil for tadka

  • 06

    add cumin seeds and mustard seeds cook until broken

  • 07

    drain groundnuts, chana dal and coconut & add to tadka

  • 08

    at Arbi leaves puree

  • 09

    add water as required

  • 10

    add salt to taste

  • 11

    turmeric and jaggery paste

  • 12

    cook for 2 to 3 minutes

  • 13

    Arbi leafs saag is ready to serve
