  • One and half cup of pre cooked yellow lentil or arhar dal ,half bunch of palak ,pinch of turmeric powder,pinch of hing ,3 Dry red chillies,8 pods of garlic ,half tea spoon of cummin seeds ,6 curry leaves,

Directions

  • First clean the palak and put them in boiling water for some time till it become soft then transfer them into ice cold water to cool.then put them in mixer jar and grind to prepare palak puree . Second part of recipe is as follows take a wok add oil then add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle then add dry red chillies and curry leaves and turmeric powder and pinch of hing mix everything then add palak puree and pre cooked dal add water adjust the consistency and add salt as per taste let it boil it's ready in short period
