Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup Palak

  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts

  • 1 dry red chilli

  • 1/4 t spoon salt

  • 1/2 t spoon oil

  • 1 t spoon urid Dal and fenugreek

Directions

  • 01

    Boil Palak for few minutes and romove from water and keep soak in cold water

  • 02

    Now grind palak, peanuts,red chilli and salt

  • 03

    Keep a small pan add oil and add urid Dal and fenugreek and curry leaves switch it and add to the chutney and serve with dosa or chapathi
