1-1/2 cup wheat flour 250gm fengurick leaves water as required purified butter as per need
Meanwhile clean the fengurick leave wash thoroughly and chopped roughly then make puree in mixer grinder. Keep side this. Then take a large vessel add flour put 1-2 tap purified butter and add puree knead soft dough add water if required. Keep side for at least 5mins. Now place Tswana on gas stove in other side roll chapati with Rollingpin. Place chapati on Tswana after 30sec turn the chapati check after 1min if it's done then roast the chapati on gas stove. Grease with ghee on chapati. All is done like this. Serve with any sabzi or dal.
