1 big size baingan
5-6 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped green chilli
1 tea spoon hing
1.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon oil or ghee
1.5 teaspoon red chilli powder
1.5 teaspoon dhaniya powder
1/2 bowl peas
1/2 bowl chopped green coriander leaves
Directions
Roast brinjal, peel and mash it
Chop tomatoes and green chilli soak peas
Take ghee in cooker add jeera hing put chopped green chilli add tomatoes and saute add all spices except amchur
Add mashed brinjal and give two whistle add amchur green coriander leaves
