Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • For pocket ,,,,,,2 cup maida


  • 1 tb sp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cup water as needed


  • For stuffing,,,,,,1 bowl grind spich


  • 1 cup paneer cubes


  • 1 cup corn boiled


  • 1/2cup onion paste


  • 1 tbsp green chilli and garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • First take a bowl put maida salt and oil mix well
  • Add water knead a daugh
  • Take a pan heat oil fry paneer cubes
  • Take out paneer cubes
  • for stuffing,,,,Take a pan heat oil add onion saute it till light brown
  • Add garlic paste
  • Mix well add corn ,spinach pyuri and paneer cubes
  • Mix well add freash cream mixwell
  • Saute it till oils come out
  • Off the gas
  • Now take a ball of daugh
  • Make squre roti with help of rolling pin
  • Spread tometo sauce and mayonise on it
  • Put stuffing on it
  • Pack it in pocket shape
  • Deep fry the pockets
  • Enjoy with sauce or green chutney
