for stock,,,First take cooker put water
Add coriander leaves ,cabbage and carrot
Whistle it 3
After that strin water and veggies
now put a mixer jar grind the boiled veggis .mix it in the stock water Keep a side
After that take a cooker add oil
Add garlic ,green chilli and ginger chopped
Saute it for 1 min.
Then add chopped veggis
Saute it till 4 to 5 min.
Then add veggies stock boil it
When stock is boil add lamon juice and salt
Then add coriander ,green onion leaves choppef and salery chopped
Mix well
At the last add cornflour water for thickness
Boil it for 6 to 7 min.
Now enjoy the winter with coriander lamon juice
Serve hot
