Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bunch of spineech


  • 3 onion chopped


  • 4 tometo chopped


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 8 garlic pods chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 2 tsp coriander pwd.


  • 1/2 tsp turmric pwd


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • First wash the palak and chopped
  • Take a cooker heat oil
  • Add garlic chopped
  • Add onion and green chilli
  • When onion is brown add palak and tometo
  • Add half cup water cover with lid and whistle it 4
  • After that open the lid keep cooker in low flame
  • Saute it till water is socked
  • Then add salt and all masala
  • Mix well till oils comes out
  • Ready to serve
  • Serve hot with roti or jawari roti
