Firstly take a bowl add palak (spinach) properly clean and wash it then roughly chopped it now heat the wok with some butter then add onion saute it 5 min on lower flame then add green chilli, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, to taste salt, meet masala pwd mix it properly now cover and cook it becomes tendar now reduce the flame and let it cool down then transfer the blender jar and blend it make a fine paste now remove the bowl keep it a side now heat the wok with some butter then add mashroom fry it few minutes on high flame now take out the plate and keep it a side again heat the wok with some butter then add prepared puree saute it 5 to 8 minutes on lower flame then add corn, fried mashroom, some salt, 1/4 tsp cinnamon pwd , mix it nicely on lower flame then add as required some water fresh cream mix it well now cover and cook it for 5 min on lower flam now
