Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch spinach(palak)

  • 100 grm paneer

  • 1 tbsp cornflou

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp cumin pdr

  • 2 small potatoes boiled

  • 1 tsp white pepper pdr

  • 1 tsp black pepper pdr

  • 1 tsp salt to taste

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1/2lemon juice

  • 2 tsp mint paste

  • 15 small mozarella strips

  • ***2.peanut hummus***

  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas

  • 2 cloves roasted garlic

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp curd

  • ***3. salad***

  • 1 cup lettuce leaves chopped

  • 1/2 cup carrot

  • 1/2 cup corn

  • 1/2 cup kidney beans

  • 1/4 cup tomato

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 3-4 kubbus(roti)

  • 1 tsp butter as needed

Directions

    wash palak thoroughly and microwave for a minute. without water grind it. except cheese mix all the items and make a dough form. add mint paste and mix.

    Take a small portion and flat it and add the mozarella stick in between and close.

    place on a oiled griller pan and cook both the sides. spinach cheesy shawarma is ready.

    Dry grind the roasted peanuts and add the olive oil and again grind it. add boiled chickpeas and other ingredients and geind to a smooth thick creamy paste. hummus is ready.

    mix all salad items and add sesame seeds and serve. roast kubbus in butter and cut into pieces

    assemble everything in a plate and serve

    It is a healthy and tasty dish loaded with goodness of middleeastern taste
