Ingredients

  • 1 cup-mooli leaves

  • 1 tsp-musturd oil

  • 1/2 tsp- hing

  • 1/2 tsp-Ajwain

  • 1/2 tsp-salt or as per taste

  • 1/2 tsp-red chilli powder

Directions

    Wash and chopped the mooli leaves finely.

  • 02

    Heat oil in a pan. Add hing and Ajwain.when its crackled add chopped mooli leaves. Add salt and red chilli powder and mix everything well.

  • 03

    Stir occasionally. Cook on low flame until water evaporates. Cook another 1 minute or until it crispy .off the flame and serve hot with rice and dal.
