  • 2bunch sarso ka saag


  • 1 medium size brinjal


  • 4 urad dal vadi


  • 7-8 garlic cloves


  • 2redchilli


  • 1greenchilli


  • 1/2tsp mustardseeds


  • 1tsp or as required salt


  • 1tbsp mustard oil

Directions

  • Clean,Wash & &cut the saag.
  • Cut the brinjal small pieces.
  • Heat a pan add oil put vadi stir it yill it's becomes golden Brown transfer the vadi
  • Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil add mustardseeds&red chilli crackle for a while.
  • Now add roughly crossed garlic greenchilli sauted.
  • Add chopped brinjal cooked nicely.
  • Whenever brinjal cooked add sarso ka saag cooked nicely.
  • Not to over cook.
  • Now crossed the roasted vadi & mix with saag.Cooked 30 seconds &off the flame
  • Saag baigan is ready.
  • It is a side dish of odisha's lunch thali.
