Clean,Wash & &cut the saag.
Cut the brinjal small pieces.
Heat a pan add oil put vadi stir it yill it's becomes golden Brown transfer the vadi
Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil add mustardseeds&red chilli crackle for a while.
Now add roughly crossed garlic greenchilli sauted.
Add chopped brinjal cooked nicely.
Whenever brinjal cooked add sarso ka saag cooked nicely.
Not to over cook.
Now crossed the roasted vadi & mix with saag.Cooked 30 seconds &off the flame
