Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 1 cup yellow moong daal


  • 1 cup fenugreek leaves


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 250 ml oil

Directions

  • Wash the daal soak for 4 hours
  • Now strain the water and make a smooth paste without adding water.
  • Now take out in a bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredientes in it.
  • Heat oil in a kadhayi.
  • Take a small portion from fingures and drop in oil.
  • Fry untill golden brown
  • Serve crispy with chutney
