Ingredients

1 cup yellow moong daal
1 cup fenugreek leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asafotida
250 ml oil
Directions
Wash the daal soak for 4 hours
Now strain the water and make a smooth paste without adding water.
Now take out in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredientes in it.
Heat oil in a kadhayi.
Take a small portion from fingures and drop in oil.
Fry untill golden brown
Serve crispy with chutney
