Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 2 cup refined flour


  • 500 ml oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp carom seeds


  • 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add refined flour, salt, carom seeds, fenugreek leaves and 1/4 cup oil.
  • Knead a stiff dough.
  • Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Now take a small ball and roll out little thick.
  • Prick with a fork.
  • Prepare all likewise.
  • Deep fry in hot oil untill golden brown.
  • Store in airtight container
