Ingredients
Serves 4
1 whole cabbage finaly chopped
2 medium size onion finlay chopped
100 grated mozzarella cheese
2 green capsicum finaly chopped
1 small bowl mayonnaise
2tbs black pepper powder
1and half tbs salt ( as needed)
1 small bowl rosted peanuts
5 tbs finaly chopped green coriander leaves
1tbs finaly chopped green chilli
1tbs finaly chopped ginger
For dough 1 bowl white flour
1small bowl wheat flour
2 tbs cooking oil
4tbs butter
1tsp chilli flakes
Directions
Firstly take a bowl add all flour oil and some salt mix it well then add water as required knead it and make a smooth dough now pour some oil then cover and rest for 10 min keep it a side now in a bowl add given all ingredients mix it properly ( left butter ) keep it a side now take a medium portion of dough make a ball shape then roll it make a thin layer now place it on hot twa then cook and flip it on both side on medium flame make similarly six chapati through this process now again heat the twa gress with some butter then place 1 cooked chapati now put on the prepared mixture..... then spread evenly .....now put the the second chapati and flip it other side agian put on the prepared mixture and spread evenly now repeat same process for six time on medium flame now take out the plate and cut in to 4 pices and now serve it hot
