make a fine paste of coriender leaves.
wash fishes and mix haldi and salt.and fry them well
put oil in pan and give jeera,bay leaves,dry red chilly.make them splatters
after that give chopped onion and fry them till golden.
add ginger,garlic paste.saute for 30sec.
add salt,suger,red chilli powder.mix it well.
add fishes and curd.cook for 1-2minutes
now add coriender leave paste.mix it well.
turn off the gas.put garam masala and serve with hot rice.
