Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup moong dal yellow


  • 2 cup sepu finlly chopped


  • 2 green chilli chopped 2 onion chopped


  • 3 tometo chopped


  • 6 garlic pods finelly chopped


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp redchiilli pwd


  • 1 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1 pinchturmric pwd


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • First socked the dal for 15 min
  • Take a pan heat oil
  • Add chopped garlic
  • When its pink add onion and green chilli
  • Saute it till light brown
  • Then add socked moong dal and sepu
  • Spread salt
  • Cover with lid for 5 min
  • Add tometo chopped
  • Lid with cover for 6 to 8 min
  • When tometo is sof t add coriander pwd,red chilli pwd and turmic pwd
  • Mix well
  • When oil is come out off the gas
  • Serve hot with capati
