Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup moong dal yellow

  • 2 cup sepu finlly chopped

  • 2 green chilli chopped 2 onion chopped

  • 3 tometo chopped

  • 6 garlic pods finelly chopped

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp redchiilli pwd

  • 1 tsp coriander pwd

  • 1 pinchturmric pwd

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

    First socked the dal for 15 min

  • 02

    Take a pan heat oil

  • 03

    Add chopped garlic

  • 04

    When its pink add onion and green chilli

  • 05

    Saute it till light brown

  • 06

    Then add socked moong dal and sepu

    Spread salt

  • 08

    Cover with lid for 5 min

  • 09

    Add tometo chopped

  • 10

    Lid with cover for 6 to 8 min

    When tometo is sof t add coriander pwd,red chilli pwd and turmic pwd

    Mix well

  • 13

    When oil is come out off the gas

  • 14

    Serve hot with capati
