Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 8 pieces of paneer


  • 2-3 spoon gram flour


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 200 gram spinach leaves


  • 5-6 spoon butter


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 pinch red chilli powder

Directions

  • Blanch the spinach leaves.
  • Make a thick batter with gram flour and add all the spices.
  • Wrap the paneer pieces in blanched spinach leaves. 1 piece will consume 3-4 leaves.
  • Dip the wrapped pieces in batter and place in hot and greased tawa.
  • After 2-3 minutes flip and roast till golden brown from both sides.
  • Serve hot and crispy with chutney and Sauce.
