Blanch the spinach leaves.
Make a thick batter with gram flour and add all the spices.
Wrap the paneer pieces in blanched spinach leaves. 1 piece will consume 3-4 leaves.
Dip the wrapped pieces in batter and place in hot and greased tawa.
After 2-3 minutes flip and roast till golden brown from both sides.
Serve hot and crispy with chutney and Sauce.
