1 cup boiled chickpeas
1 cup finely chopped spinach
2 spoon corn flour
3-4 spoon finely chopped paneer
1/2 spoon salt
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 pinch black pepper powder
1/2 onion finely chopped
2 spoon boiled peanuts
1 tbsp butter
1/2 lemon
Directions
Firstly gentley press the chickpeas and saute with butter in a pan.
Now mix corn flour in chopped spinach.
Heat oil in pan and fry the spinach.
In a bowl add all the ingredientes and mix well.
Squeeze the lemon.
Ready to serve.
