Ingredients

  • 2 onion


  • 2 tomatoes


  • 2 green chillis


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp turmeric Powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cup fresh cream


  • 2 cup fenugreek leaves

Directions

  • Chop the onions, tomato and green chilli.
  • In a pan add 1/4 cup of water and boil the chopped vegetables untill they cooked.
  • Let them cool and make a smooth paste.
  • In another pan cumin seeds, asafotida and turmeric powder.
  • Add paste and roast well.
  • When it turns thick add 1/2 cup of water. Add salt and fenugreek seeds. Let them boil for 5 minutes .
  • Turn off the gas and transfer in a bowl.
  • Garnish with fresh cream.
  • We are making it zero oil, so we will just garnishing with cream.
  • Ready to serve.
