Chop the onions, tomato and green chilli.
In a pan add 1/4 cup of water and boil the chopped vegetables untill they cooked.
Let them cool and make a smooth paste.
In another pan cumin seeds, asafotida and turmeric powder.
Add paste and roast well.
When it turns thick add 1/2 cup of water. Add salt and fenugreek seeds. Let them boil for 5 minutes .
Turn off the gas and transfer in a bowl.
Garnish with fresh cream.
We are making it zero oil, so we will just garnishing with cream.
Ready to serve.
