Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups gram flour


  • 2.5 cup chopped fresh methi leaves


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp sugar


  • 2 tsp semolina


  • 2 tsp white sesame


  • 1 tsp curd


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 2 tsp ginger chilli paste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 cup or as needed Water


  • 1cup Oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients except oil for deep frying and water.
  • Then add water to make smooth dough and cover it and rest it for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes heat oil in a pan for deep frying and make the shapes you may like from the dough.
  • Then deep fry them in oil in low flame.
  • Now your fried methi Mathias are ready to serve.
  • Serve hot with Ketchup or chutney.
