Ingredients

  • 1kg cabbage


  • 2potato


  • 1big tomato 1capsicum


  • 2carrot


  • 1bunch green corrienderleaves


  • 2greenchilli


  • 1tsp saunf 2red chilli


  • 1tsp cuminseeds


  • 1tsp turmericpowder


  • 1tsp red chillipowder


  • 1 1/2tsp salt


  • 1tbsp cortiender powder


  • 2tbsp oil


  • 1tbsp Ginger paste

Directions

  • Wash &chop the cabbage.
  • Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil ,add cuminseeds,saunf&red chilli crackle 1 mints.
  • Add ginger paste sauted 30 sevonds.
  • Add chopped tomato &salt cook till tomato becomes thick
  • Add little water &all spices cook nicely.
  • Add all veggies mix it well.
  • After 20 mints saunfia cabbage is ready to eat.
  • Garnish with corriender leaves serve it steam rice,puri,or paratha.
