2 Cup choppe Spinach. Wash properly1 Potato cut into cubes
1/4 Green Peas 1 Carrot Chopped
1 Green Chilly cut into pieces
1 banches of coriander leaves
2 tbsp of Oil
1 tsp of Salt
Wash SPinach properly with salt and turmeric powder twice or thrice.
Boiled it for three minutes. Once it is done. Keep in cool water. Grind the palak with green chilly. Once it is done. Keep aside.
Hest oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot. Add cumin seeds. Let it crackle for few minutes. Add all the chopped vegetables. Fry till it become tender. Add all the dry mssala and salt. Mix.....Cook till all the masala coated well.
Don't add water.. Cook in low flame till it become gravy. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving bowl
Now it is Ready to serve
