Blend the condensed milk and chooped pan leaves to a smooth paste.
Heat ghee in a pan.Roast the desiccated coconut on low flame till aromat.
Add condensed milk -pan paste to the coconut and mix well.Heat the mixture, stirring constantly,so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
Cook on slow heat till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.once cooled take a small portion of the mixture in greased palms and flatten it.
Now place a tsp of gulkand into the centre and make into ladoos.now roll the prepared ladoos in desiccated coconut.paan ladoo is ready.
