  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

  • 4 paan leaves (betel leaves)

  • 2 tsp gulkand

  • 2 tsp ghee/butter as needed desiccated coconut for rolling


  • Blend the condensed milk and chooped pan leaves to a smooth paste.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.Roast the desiccated coconut on low flame till aromat.
  • Add condensed milk -pan paste to the coconut and mix well.Heat the mixture, stirring constantly,so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • Cook on slow heat till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.once cooled take a small portion of the mixture in greased palms and flatten it.
  • Now place a tsp of gulkand into the centre and make into roll the prepared ladoos in desiccated coconut.paan ladoo is ready.
