  • 1medium bowl grated or mashed paneer

  • 300 gram fresh blanch spinach

  • 1 bowl rosted gram flour

  • 1tsp meet masala 3

  • 4 medium size chopped onion

  • 3 medium size chopped tomatoes

  • 3 chopped green chilli

  • 5tbs cashew nut powder

  • 4tbs pistachio powder

  • 1tsp red chili powder

  • 1tsp turmeric powder

  • 1tsp kasturi methi

  • 3tbs butter

  • 1tbs pure ghee

  • 250 gram cooking oil for deep frying

  • 2tbs salt ( as needed)

  • 1tsp ginger powder

  • 1ench cinnamon stick

  • 2tbs chopped ginger

  • 8 garlic cloves

  • 1tsp black pepper powder

  • 1bowl white flour

  • 5tbs fresh cream

    Firstly take a blanch spinach in a jar now blend it make a fine paste now heat the wok with 1tsp butter then add prepared puree stir it few minutes on lower flame then add rosted gram flour, cashew nut powder, pistachio powder, some salt, 1/2 tsp meet masala pwd ,1/2black pepper powder mix it well satue it becomes hold shape now reduce the flame let it cool down then take out the plate now take a mixing bowl then add mashed paneer ,pinch of salt mix and properly mash it then take small portion of prepared spinach mixture make a ball shape then stuffed paneer and closed the lid make a ball shape now lightly coated it white flour now deep fry it until crispy and golden brown colour now remove the plate andkeep it a side again heat the wok with 1tbs butter then add onion saute it becomes translucent then add tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chili, remaining meet masala pwd ,turmeric powder, red chilli pwd, black pepper powder, to taste salt mix it properly now cover and cook for 5 min on lower flame now reduce the flame when ur mixture let it cool completely then transfer the blender jar and blend it make a fine paste keep it a side now heat the wok with oil and butter then add prepared puree saute it 5 to 8 minutes on lower flame then add some water as needed when ur gravy bring to a boil then add cream,kasturi methi and mix it properly now reduce the flame now take a prepared kofte cut in to 2 pices now drop in hot gravy and serve it hot
