Ingredients

  • 250gm curd


  • 1bunch bathua


  • 1"ginger


  • 2greenchilli


  • 1tsp salt or to taste


  • 1/2tsp cuminseeds


  • 1tsp raita masala


  • 1/2tsp mustardseeds


  • 1/2tsp red chillipowder


  • 1tbsp oil


  • 1pinch asafoitida

Directions

  • Heat a pan add 1tsp oil ,add Chopped ginger,& greenchilli crackle 1 mints.
  • Add wash bathua sauted nicely.Off the gas &cool it.
  • Griend the bathua.
  • Take a bowl add thick curd salt,black salt, &raita masala mix it well.
  • Add bathua paste mix it well.
  • Now seasoning it.
  • Heat a seasoning pan ,add oil
  • Add cuminseeds,mustardseeds ,asafoeitidacrackle it ,add redchillipowder off the gas &pour on the top of the raita.S princkle with 1tbsp corrienderleaves.
  • Bathua raita is ready to serve with rice or paratha or puri.
