Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2bunch spinach


  • 1chopped onion


  • 6-7chopped garlic clove


  • 1cinnamonstick


  • 1bayleaf


  • 2tbsp fresh cream


  • 1tsp blacksalt


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1tbsp butter


  • 1cup milk


  • 1/2tsp salt or to taste


  • 1tsp blackpepper

Directions

  • Wash &cut the spinach
  • Heat a pan add 1tbsp butter,add Cinnamon&bayleaf.
  • Add chopped garlic sauted 1/2mints.
  • Add chopped onion sauted till it's becomes golden brown.
  • Add spinach sauted to cook nicely.O ff the gas&cool it .
  • Take a grienderjar put cooked spinach & griended it
  • Strain the spinach paste.
  • Heat a pan add spinach puree &milk mix it well.
  • Boils it 1-2 mints add blacksalt,salt,black pepperpowder &fresh cream mix it well.
  • Serve it hot hot.
