4 pcs sliced bread
1 cup baby spinach or chopped spinach leaves
250 gm mushroom sliced
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 tbsp white or olive oil
1 tbsp butter
11/2 tsp salt
At first wash the mushrooms with hot water. Clean it well and cut into sliced pieces. Heat oil and fry the garlic till brown in colour.
Now add mushrooms to the oil and fry it till water comes out from mushrooms. Then add spinach and stir it well.
Now add chili flakes, black pepper powder, oregano, salt and mixed it well. Fry it nicely and dry the mushroom-spinach mix. Take it out from pan and keep it aside.
Now apply butter on the bread, put mushroom spinach mix. Spread cheese on the mix as topping. Cover with another bread. Lightly press together.
Now apply butter on the other side of each bread. Heat the grill pan or tawa, place butter side down for few seconds, grill until lightly browned and flip over. Now grill the other side.
Ready Mushroom spinach sandwich. Serve it with a cup of hot tea or coffee.
