  • 250 gram gooseberry

  • 2tbs achari masala

  • 2tsp mustard powder

  • 2 tbs red chilli powder

  • 11and half tbs turmeric pwd

  • 3/4 tsp asafotida

  • 6 tbs mustard oil

  • 2tbs salt ( as required)


  • Firstly take a gooseberry rinse it then add in a cooker ,half glass water now pressure cook up to 1whistle now turn off the flame let it cool completely then take out the plate and remove its seeds and divide it into 4 piece then take a mixing bowl then add all given spices and cooked gooseberry, mustard oil and salt to taste mix it nicely then stir in the air tight jar and keep it on sunlight for one complete day
