Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 200 gram fresh spinach


  • 2 medium size thinly slices onion


  • 3 slit green chilli


  • 2 tsp finaly grated ginger


  • 1tbs turmind pulp


  • 2 whole dry red chili chopped


  • 1tbs coriander seeds


  • 2tbs butter or cooking oil


  • 1 bowl cooked rice


  • 10 cashew nut rosted


  • 10 pistachio rosted


  • 1 tbs salt ( as needed)


  • 1/2tsp red chili flax


  • 1tsp meet masala pwd


  • 50 gram paneer chopped cubes size

Directions

  • Firstly take a spinach properly clean and wash it then blanch it only for 5 min now take out in the blender jar and blend it make a fine paste keep it a side now heat the wok with oil then add coriander seeds once it crinkle then add green chilli, ginger, red chilli stir it few minutes then add chopped onion satue it becomes change it nice pink colour then add paneer stir it few minutes then add prepared spinach paste, turmind pulp, red chilli flax meet masala pwd mix it properly then add rosted dry fruits mix it well on lower flame now cook for 5 min on lower flame then add cooked rice mix it gently again cook for 2or 3 min now reduce the flame and serve it any types of rayta
