Firstly take a bathua now properly clean and wash it then add in a cooker as required water and some salt now pressure cook up to 2whistles then turn the lower flame and cook for 5 min now turn off the flame then let's cool it down now transfer the jar and make a fine paste now in a mixing bowl add fresh curd then beat it now add prepared paste, red, chilli powder, cumin pwd, salt according ur taste mix it gently now it's ready to serve it
