Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup of green capsicum

  • 1 cup of red onion

  • 1 cup of yellow capsicum

  • 1 cup of red capsicum

  • 1 cup of broccoli

  • 1 cup of caroot

  • 500gm of chicken breast

  • 1/2 cup soya sauce

  • 3 tsp of tamarind puree

  • 3 tsp Salt to taste

  • 5 6 garlic cloves

  • 5 6 black pepper

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 3 tsp oil

  • 2 tsp chilli flakes as required

Directions

    To marinate chicken use crushed garlic, pepper and salt with 1 tsp of oil and keep aside

  • 02

    For making Thai sauce mix soya sauce, tamarind puree, honey and salt.

    In kadai add 2 tsp of oil and saute all the veggies mentions with some chilli flakes as required. Add salt to it. Note : don't over cook the veggies.

    Brush the grill pan with oil and lay the marinated chicken breast sprinkle some salt on it and let it cook.

    Once the chicken is cooked, surround the chicken with the veggies

    Brush the chicken and veggies with Thai sauce. and let them cook on small flame

  • 07

    Optional : sprinkle groundnut powder.

  • 08

    Serve hot with some chilli flakes and Thai sauce.
