Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 bunch spinach leaves


  • 2 cloves garlic crushed


  • 1 tbsp roasted and slightly crushed sesame seeds


  • 1 spring onion, bulb and stalk


  • 1 & 1/2 tsp olive oil


  • 1 & 1/2 tsp soy sauce


  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Wash and blanch the spinach leaves for 1 minute. Strain and wash with cold water. Squeeze out all the water and chop the leaves . Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • Add crushed garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, chopped spring onion bulb and green stalk and the roasted and crushed sesame seeds. Mix well. Add salt if needed. Enjoy!
